Ingredients
2 cans (15 oz each) barbecue baked beans
1 Can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
3 whole-wheat hamburger buns

Instructions

1. Dump the beans, tomatoes (with juice), chili powder, and garlic powder into a large nonstick pan. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Slop an equal amount onto each bun.
